Everything I hear lately is how can we feel significant, make our lives count or do something great for God!
Well, when I got saved I was told to read the Book! In man's eye's that's nothing. In God's eye's it's power!
Giving a cup of water in His name is very important and significant, in man's eyes it means nothing.
So I am not going to build meaning in my life by man's standards anymore. To give a cup of water has meaning before the Lord.
Rest in the Lord saints of God. Let His peace reign in your hearts and minds! Don't allow man to make you feel your life doesn't count or that what you are doing has no meaning. Do not despise small beginnings.
Wait for the Lord! He is our only meaning!
God bless all believers! Have a wonderful Christmas because the best gifts are given in our hearts. JOY PEACE LOVE HOPE FAITH

Lovely post. I currently feel I am in a holding pattern circling the airport of G_d's intentions for the end times. When I am just about out of airplane fuel, his angelic traffic controller will tell me my parameters and call me down to land. Then, one of his handsomer angels will meet me as I disembark my plane. He will tower over me and I will look into his eyes. He will say....refuel, and here are your Battle instructions to be carried out to the max. I will click my heels, as I will be wearing black boots. I won't say a word. The airport workers will have refueled my jet on whose side I've written "Back to G_d." I will climb back in the cockpit, and taxi down the runway. I will take the big lever and start moving it down to begin my dlimb, so that I can accomplish whatever it is that G_d wishes me to accomplish. Beloveds, when people want to kill themselves lately, and they tell me so to my face, because I surely understand, I explain to them that they have no right in jumping ship until their mission is accomplished, and that it is our Holy G_d, not us who will decide what and when. Some babies accomplish their mission as stillborns. Some Holy Bible Men, before G_d changed it all to 120 years, lived to be almost 1,000 years old (see the Patriachs). So, whether we accomplish his will in the simplest way, or the most complex, we are part of the greatest puzzle ever coming together in the universe. Some of the greatest people in Heaven, will, in my opinion, have been snaggle toothed women who raised somebody's elses (or their own) children on next to nothing whilst working like a dog all their lives. On earth, they will have tape holding their pitiful outdated glasses together. Their autos, if they don't ride the bus, will be 15-20 years old. What these did on earth to many might seem like nothing, but in my humble opinion, to G_d they are great. To give an entity a glass of water is a great, great thing. G_d judges differently than man. Again, a beautiful post. Blessings, Carol
